The agreement between you and Nobicel when you use our website and platform.
Nobicel is in early access. Connections to GRA, SSNIT, HMRC, GhIPSS and other payment networks are being rolled out and are switched on for each organisation individually. Until a connection is live for you, you are responsible for submitting filings and making payments yourself, and for checking every figure Nobicel prepares before relying on it.
By creating an account or using nobicel.com, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nobicel provides software for payroll, tax preparation, HR records, time tracking and employee benefits. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality on paid plans.
You may not use Nobicel to break the law, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt our systems, or process data about people without a lawful basis. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Prices for paid plans are shown on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance, are exclusive of applicable taxes, and are non-refundable except where required by law. During early access, use of the service is free of charge.
You own the data you and your team enter into Nobicel. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and back it up in order to run the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Nobicel is provided “as is”. While we work hard to keep calculations current with Ghanaian and UK rules, we are software — not your accountant or lawyer — and you remain responsible for reviewing filings and payments before approving them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobicel’s total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using Nobicel and close your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. On closure, we will make your data available for export for thirty days before deletion, subject to statutory retention.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise for UK customers.
